What is SmartPing?

It's a free app that sends exclusive sales and specials, from the retailers you love, right to your smartphone when you're near their stores.

How does it work?

Download the free app from your app store. Pick the retailers you'd like to receive promotions from and how often. Get within a set boundary of a store and you'll get the latest deal.

Why do I need it?

It's a fun way to get the most relevant, personalized promotions and savings. You call the shots. We provide the offers. No paper. No pestering. No problem!

Why not just send the offer via email?

When you leave home, how many times do you forget a coupon? How many times do you forget your smartphone? 'Nuff said.

Will the offers pile up on my phone?

Negative. When an offer expires, it's automatically deleted. And if you aren't feeling shoppy, you can manually delete offers, too. You're always in charge.

Does it have GPS?

You bet. If you get an offer and you're not sure of the
store's location, just tap Map It. We'll show you how to get there.

Does it use up my text messages?

We wouldn't do that to you! SmartPing messages live
on the app. They're not texts and they don't use up your wireless plan.

How often will I get SmartPinged?

As much or as little as you like! You set your preferences. If you want an offer a day, or an offer a week, just tell us. And keep in mind, your favorite retailers are in it to reward you, not annoy you!

How does it work with a restaurant?

Same as a retailer! Most electronic vouchers come with
a code. Show the voucher or share the code on your smartphone with your server. Then commence enjoyment.

If I go by the same retailer everyday, or multiple times a day, will I be SmartPinged stupid?

You can deactivate retailers. Limit message frequency. Even dictate the time of day you'd like to receive messages. And bonus, the system is smart enough to know if you've been within range of a retailer multiple times in one day. We're sensitive like that.
